摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide leaf-like particles suited as a scattering material of dye sensitizing solar cell, having strong reflection effect against the visible light-infrared light. <P>SOLUTION: The leaf-like particles consists of two or more kinds of oxide semiconductors, being formed by laminating the plurality of oxide semiconductor thin films with different indices of refraction of light. Thicknesses of respective layers of the oxide semiconductor thin films are in the range of 20-200 nm, the thickness of the leaf-like particles is 1 &mu;m or less, and an average particle size of the leaf-like particles is larger than the wavelength of the visible light. Use of such leaf-like particles for the scattering material by adding them to photoelectrodes of the dye sensitizing solar cell contributes to the improvement of the photoelectric conversion efficiency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
