<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet easily and surely removable from a hole of a panel. <P>SOLUTION: The grommet 1 is mounted in the hole 3 of the panel 2. The grommet 1 has a grommet body 10 and a linear member 30. The grommet body 10 has a small-diameter cylinder portion 11 and an enlarged-diameter cylinder portion 12. A locking recessed portion 13 is provided at the other end 12b of the enlarged-diameter cylinder portion 12. The locking recessed portion 13 is locked into the hole 3 of the panel 2. The locking recessed portion 13 is formed by a first wall 14 near the other end 12b of the enlarged-diameter cylinder portion 12, and a second wall 15 near one end 12a of the enlarged-diameter cylinder portion 12, opposed to the first wall 14. At a base end of the first wall 14, a thin portion 18 is provided along the peripheral direction of the enlarged-diameter cylinder portion 12. The linear member 30 has an embedded portion 31 and a protruded portion 32. The embedded portion 31 is embedded over the approximate whole periphery of the inside of the thin portion 18.
