PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability for the information of evaluation from a user.

SOLUTION: The mobile terminal 100 capable of communicating with an information management server which collects information related with a plurality of specific spots includes: a calculation part 101; an input part 102; and a transmission part 104. The calculation part 101 calculates the number of times when the user of the mobile terminal 100 has visited at a specific spot (the number of times of visit) on the basis of the action history of the user. The input part 102 accepts the input of evaluation of the specific spot after the user leaves the specific spot. When accepting the input of the evaluation of the specific spot, the transmission part 104 transmits the information of evaluation at the specific spot and the information of the number of times of visit at the specific spot to the information management server.
