PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching/detaching device for an impeller capable of easily attaching/detaching the impeller of a blower which is installed at a high position such as a ceiling, and is built in a device with a small internal space and of surely preventing the impeller from falling. SOLUTION: A pair of holding parts 12 hold the recessed groove 7 of a rotating shaft 5. In an impeller lock part 11, the holding force of the holding parts 12 is released by pinching a pressing part 13 by finger tips. A cap-like cover 14 is so attached as to cover the impeller lock part 11 so as to be openable. The cover 14 includes, on the rear surface, a projection-like holding part affixing part 16 which is inserted between the pressing part 13 and the holding parts 12 adjacent to each other, and stops the movement of the holding parts 12 when closed. Consequently, the impeller 1 can be easily attached and detached at a high installation position in a small space, and the impeller 1 is surely prevented from falling. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
