PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of restraining the occurrence of separation in a tire inside terminal place of a steel reinforcing layer and improving its durability. SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire is configured so that both ends 2E of a carcass layer 2 extending between right and left bead portions 1 are fold back around a bead core 3 embedded in the right and left bead portions 1 in a tire axis direction from the inside to the outside, and the steel reinforcing layer 6 disposed outside the carcass layer 2 of the bead portion 1 is fold back around the bead core 3 in the tire axis direction from the outside to the inside of the tire. An organic fiber reinforcing layer 7 is embedded so as to cover the tire inside terminal 6X of the steel reinforcing layer 6 from the inside surface of the tire. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
