CONTROL METHOD, COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND RELATIVE DEVICE FOR RESOURCE RELEASE

A control method, a communication system and a relative device are used to enable the target side management network element to delete the bearer context on the management network element of the original side heterogeneous system even when the target side management network element does not support interworking with S-GW and does not support ISR. The resource release control method includes the following steps. When the user equipment, which has activated the Idle mode Signaling Reduction (ISR), switches from the original side network to the target side network, the version information of the target side management network element is obtained. If said version information indicates that the target side management network element does not interwork with the S-GW and does not support ISR, the bearer on the management network element of the original side heterogeneous system is deleted. Meanwhile the communication system and relative device are also provided.
