The embodiments of the present invention involve the field of communication over network. A method, system, gateway device and authentication server for allocating multiservice resources while a number of services for a single user accesses to a network are disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention. The method comprises the steps of: receiving a service request message sent from a first service terminal; acquiring the service ability, user identifier of the first service terminal and the number of the available resources corresponding to the user identifier; allocating resources for the first service terminal based on the serviceability, user identifier of the first service terminal and the number of the available resources corresponding to the user identifier. With the implementation of the present invention, it is possible to simplify the configuration of the gateway device and realize the scale disposition of different services.
