PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which can prevent a specified performance alone, for which a game player does not want to use an operating means, from being performed from among a plurality of performances which use the operating means. SOLUTION: The game machine includes an operation varying mode, and an operation determining means. In this case, under the operation varying mode, the variation contents are changed depending on the operation of the operating means by a specified operation method during the variable display of determination symbols. The operation determining means determines whether the operation for move-displaying an indication displaying element has been operated by the operating means or not. When the operation determining means has determined that the operation for moving the indication displaying element has been performed, selection symbols are set to be easier to select for a symbol selecting means more than when determining that the operation has not been performed. A variation mode selecting means selects the operation varying mode based on a win/loss determining result which is determined by a win/loss determining means regardless of the determination result by the operation determining means.
