PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an olefinic resin composition showing excellent mat characteristics. SOLUTION: The olefinic resin composition comprises an olefinic polymer, a crosslinked acrylic polymer, and an inorganic filler. In particular, the olefinic polymer is polypropylene or polyethylene, the crosslinked acrylic polymer is a polymer principally consisting of alkyl(meth)acrylate units having 2C-18C alkyl groups, and the inorganic filler is selected from scale-shaped fillers.
