<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing for a pump for preventing pollution of cooling water, and improving durability. <P>SOLUTION: An inner ring 8 and an outer ring 7 are formed of a steel pipe material having rust preventive capacity by cold rolling processing, and respective inner peripheral surface 14 and outer peripheral surface 12 of the inner ring 8 and the outer ring 7 are formed in a circular arc shape by following after rolling travel surfaces 8a and 7a. Annular projection parts 13 and 11 are bent and formed inside and outside in the radial direction from both end parts of the rolling travel surfaces 8a and 7a. An inner diameter and an outer diameter of these annular projection parts 13 and 11 are formed by projecting a little from the inner peripheral surface 14 and the outer peripheral surface 12, to become a fitting surface of a rotary shaft and a housing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
