<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To house battery cells in units of battery modules such that a plurality of battery cells can be uniformly cooled. <P>SOLUTION: A faceplate 15 is each provided to frame bodies 13 of both ends in the lamination direction of battery cells 12. A notch portion 16, where one end side of the board face of the battery cell 12 opens, is provided to a faceplate 15a of one side. A notch portion 17 of the other end, where the other end side of the board face of the battery cell 12 opens, is provided to a faceplate 15b of the other side. When the faceplate 15a of the one-end side notch portion 16 and the faceplate 15b of the other-end side notch portion 17 are parallely disposed to face each other, a flow path for a cooling fluid is formed at a place opposite to the faceplate 15 between the one-end side notch portion 16 and the other-end side notch portion 17, thus cooling the board faces opposite to the faceplates 15 of the battery cells 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
