PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter device cutting a front edge of a cutting body straight even if the cutter has a cutting characteristic. SOLUTION: The cutter device (20) includes: cutters (37) (38) which receive a force to one direction of the upstream side and the downstream side in the feed direction of a cutting body (P) due to a cutting characteristic; a carriage (32) which has the cutters (37) (38) and moves to the width direction X of the cut body (P) orthogonal to the feed direction Y; a guide section (25) which guides the carriage (32) to the width direction X; and an energizing section (40) for energizing the carriage to the same side as the one direction with respect to the cut characteristic at least when the cutters (37) (38) start to cut the cutting body (P).
