<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of improving starting-up performance of a fuel cell by warming the fuel cell efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: In the fuel cell system 1, a fuel supply passage 12 to supply a fuel is connected to an anode 9 of a fuel cell 2 having the anode 9 and a cathode 10, and a catalyst 15 carrying a catalyst element is interposed in a catalyst passage 35 in the fuel supply passage 12. Furthermore, as the fuel, hydrazine which causes a decomposition exothermic reaction is used under existence of the catalyst element. Then, by the reaction heat generated by contacting hydrazine to the catalyst 15 and decomposing it, temperature of the hydrazine supplied to the anode 9 is raised. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
