<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide easily producible fermented soybean paste suppressed in coloring, excellent in flavor without soiling the original flavor, easy to continuously ingest, and having a physiological function such as a blood pressure lowering action. <P>SOLUTION: The fermented soybean paste contains 0.01-5 mass% of flavonoid which has a flavanone skeleton, a flavone skeleton or a flavonol skeleton. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
