<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe which is functional and easy to put on because of absence of a shoelace resulting in loosening, can omit time/labor due to the retightening of the shoelace, and is convenient to draw air into or out of the shoe, and can withstand air resistance and is lightweight. <P>SOLUTION: The shoe has a shoe body 32 made of an elastic material and an elastic ankle portion 33 capable of tightly adhering to the ankle of a foot with the foot inserted. The shoe body 32 has a drawing-off opening 34 drawing off air in the shoe body from the outside. The drawing-off opening 34 has a valve to prevent air from entering from the outside of the shoe body 32. By releasing air from the drawing-off opening 34, the shoe body 32 is shrunk and made to tightly adhere to the foot. The glove has a glove body made of an elastic material and an elastic wrist portion capable of tightly adhering to the wrist with the hand inserted into the glove body.
