<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a connector thin in thickness while responding to increase in the number of contacts. <P>SOLUTION: The card connector is provided with a first contact terminal 101 to contact a first external connection part (contact pad) of a card installed and a second contact terminal 102 to contact a second external connection part (metallic cover) of the card 3.
