<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an identifying and measuring method or the like of a bio-marker relevant to an inflammation disease. <P>SOLUTION: Early detection and early prevention of the inflammation disease or therapeutic effect can be effectively determined by measuring the amount of enzyme (for example, GalNAc4S-6ST or the like) for guiding surplus sulfation of chondroitin sulphuric acid or the change of the amount of chondroitin sulphuric acid sulfated with the enzyme.
