PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information provision system, an information providing device, an information providing method and an information provision program of a call center, which can extract the need of a client and provide information suitable for the need. SOLUTION: A call center system 1 for providing a client with guide information comprises: a web server 13 storing web data W having guide information; and an information provision server 12 storing a keyword associated with the guide information, determining whether a keyword has appeared in speech communication between the operator of a call center and the client or not, extracting web data W associated with the keyword when the keyword has appeared, and providing the web data W thus extracted.
