PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a restrained type vibration control sheet having effective vibration control performance from a low temperature to a high temperature. SOLUTION: The restrained type vibration control sheet includes a vibration control material layer, the layer being formed by using (A) a butyl rubber aqueous emulsion, (B) an acrylic emulsion including an acrylic polymer consisting essentially of 2-ethyl-hexyl acrylate and having≤-50°C Tg and (C) mica including a particle diameter component (c-1) having≤30μm average particle diameter and a particle diameter component (c-2) having 50 to 200μm average particle diameter, a mass ratio ((a)/(b)) of a solid content (a) of (A) the butyl rubber aqueous emulsion to a solid content (b) of (B) the acrylic emulsion is 30/70 to 70/30, a mass ratio ((c-1)/(c-2)) of the particle diameter component (c-1) to the particle diameter component (c-2) is 20/80 to 80/20, and a sum total amount of the particle diameter components (c-1) and (c-2) is 80 to 200 pts.mass to 100 pts.mass sum total of the solid contents (a) and (b).
