PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a system switching of a transmitter is repeated under the environment where a relay transmitter oscillates in the relay transmitter of an SFN using a sneak canceler. SOLUTION: The relay transmitter is constituted so that the system switching of the transmitter is not repeated by oscillation by providing a device which cancels sneak wave with an oscillation detection circuit for detecting the oscillation, outputting the result of detecting the oscillation to a controller for controlling the transmitter, and switching setting so as to disregard all pieces of abnormal alarm information when a signal of oscillation detection is received by the controller.
