PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reforming unit capable of obtaining a stable reforming efficiency for a long time. SOLUTION: This reforming unit is equipped with a reforming part 28 which generates reformed gas by steam reforming reaction of a raw fuel containing hydrocarbons, and steam, an evaporation part 27 which is arranged on the upstream side of the reforming part 28, and generates steam to introduce into the reforming part 28 by evaporating reforming water supplied in it, a pressure gauge 60 which measures pressures in the evaporation part 27 and/or its vicinity, and a control means which controls the feed rate of the raw fuel to the reforming part 28 based on the measured value of the pressure gauge 60.
