CELL CULTURE METHOD

Provided is a cell culture method whereby dedifferentiation is inhibited and a biological function can be sustained over a long period of time. A cell culture method which comprises culturing cells in a layered state within partitioned microspaces to give a tissue construct having a biomimetic function. In the case where the cells as described above are mammary gland epithelial cells, a hollow gland-like construct can be formed. It is particularly preferred that the partitioned microspaces as described above are multiple microcontainers in a cell culture container provided with these microcontainers on the surface thereof.
