PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titanium alloy sheet having high strength and excellent formability. SOLUTION: Disclosed is a titanium alloy sheet having high strength and excellent formability, which has a composition satisfying, by mass, 0.8 to 2.5% Fe and≤0.10% O, and the balance Ti with inevitable impurities, and has a metallic structure where the average value of the orientation angle formed between the normal of the (0001) face in anαphase as a hexagonal close-packed structure and the normal of the rolling face satisfies≤45°, the area ratio of theαphase satisfies 80 to 97%, and the average crystal grain size of theαphase satisfies≤7.0μm.
