<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that IP (Internet Protocol) broadcasting cannot be recorded if empty transmission bands of an in-house LAN run short of, since IP broadcast data is transmitted to each apparatus using the in-house LAN under the receiving environment of the IP broadcasting. <P>SOLUTION: When recording reservation is performed at a hard disk recorder 6, there is a case that empty transmission bands in the in-house LAN is insufficient for the recording reservation, because an STB 7, an IPTV 8, an IPTV 9, an IPTV 10 perform viewing and listening of IP broadcasting, and perform recording of IP broadcasting. A hard disk recorder 5, which is a video recording apparatus that does not use transmission bands of the in-house LAN 4, performs the recording in substitute.
