PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature compensation piezoelectric oscillator which has little power consumption, starts in a short period of time without newly providing electrode terminals for external connection on the surface of the temperature compensation piezoelectric oscillator even if the temperature compensation piezoelectric oscillator mounted with a piezoelectric vibration element is further reduced in size. SOLUTION: A first switch connects or disconnects a supply voltage terminal and a second inverter by a signal input from a function terminal, a second switch switches connection between the first switch or a cathode of a varactor diode, and a function terminal by a switching signal from a switching signal control circuit, and a third switch switches connection between a memory or the second switch and the function terminal by a switching signal from a chip select circuit.
