PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag that is excellent both in housing performance and strength, and in gas tightness at junctions with favorable productivity. SOLUTION: The airbag comprises two panels joined with each other by means of an adhesive seal material. The adhesive seal material is of a self-heat generating type. Preferably, a heat generation temperature of the adhesive seal material is 100°C or lower.
