<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club membership management device presenting documents necessary for name transfer of a corporate membership for each golf course name, and comprehensively evaluating the use value of the golf course and the asset value of the golf club membership including the case when the ownership of the corporate membership is changed by combining the transfer of an individual membership and the acquisition (admission) of the individual membership. <P>SOLUTION: This golf club membership management device shows the name transfer procedure of a corporate membership. When accepting retrieval conditions showing the personal golf club membership, the device displays document names necessary for the procedure in different regions with titles showing old name holders in the name transfer procedure of the corporate membership, the new name holders in the name transfer procedure of the corporate membership, the managers of a gold club membership management device, and corporations holding the corporate membership, and to acquire and display evaluation results for a plurality of evaluation categories by using the information of golf course configurations, legal disposition status, member types, and the number of members stored in a database. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
