PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic rocking device for fishing bait which solves the problems in conventional automatic rocking device for fishing bait in which energy consumption is large and it is inconvenient to carry and use. SOLUTION: Provided is the automatic rocking device for fishing bait in which a fishing line between guide of the fishing rod and a guide or the fishing line itself between a reel and a guide is rocked by a crank mechanism. The device is compacted by setting one of the two supporting parts supporting the fishing rod to be supported by the device and the other supported by surrounding structures such as ground rather than supporting the whole of the fishing rod by the device.
