<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle driving device capable of suppressing aeration. <P>SOLUTION: This vehicle driving device comprises a tank 80 for temporarily storing oil excessive in a case 11, and a first communication path 180 and a second communication path 280 having tank side openings 186 and 286 at upper ends thereof and case-side openings 181, 281 and 282 at lower ends thereof so as to make the inside of the tank 80 communicate with the inside of the case 11.
