Provided is an analyzing device, which is enabled to realize a size reduction by extending the same in a direction for a centrifugal force to act thereby to form a measurement cell (40a) and by forming a capillary area (47a) to suck a sample liquid by a capillary force, on a side wall positioned in the rotational direction of the measurement cell (40a) in a manner to extend in an inner circumference direction from an outer circumference position. The rotations are decelerated or stopped to suck up the sample liquid of the measurement cell (40a) to the capillary area (47a), and are then accelerated to return the sample liquid of the capillary area (47a) to the measurement cell (40a), so that a sufficient agitating effect can be obtained to perform the measurement with a minute sample liquid.
