<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process simulation system which easily generates a simulation model of a factory line including conveyance both in units of a cassette and in a sheet, and makes correct evaluations on performances of production and conveyance of the factory line. <P>SOLUTION: The process simulation system includes: a cassette simulator 2 which simulates the motion of input cassette and output cassette by executing cassette control program; and a work simulator 4 which simulates the motion of work taken out from input cassette by executing work control program. The work simulator 4 includes a work control data storage unit 4f for storing the work control data including work identification number indicating information to identify the work in the simulation and information to identify the input cassette which stores the work. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
