PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve such structure that the strength of a die 20 can be secured even in the case that crossing sectional shape orthogonal to a pushing direction of punching, of a die 20 for forging-work is non-circular shape. SOLUTION: The die 20 is tightly set so that the die 20 is pressed in a reverse direction to the action direction of a stress acted in the mutually separating direction, of the stress acted to the die 20 from a blank at the pressing time with the punch into a recessed part 23 arranged in a reinforcing member 21. In this way, the bottom part of a groove 22 for setting the above blank which mostly concentrates the stress at the forging-work time, can be turned to the state of compression-stress, and the strength of the above die 20 can be improved.
