<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IMS network which enables a user to continue to receive an IMS service of call origination and termination by allowing node faults of adjacent nodes to be recognized. <P>SOLUTION: The IMS network includes health check means (health check parts 11 and 21b) for executing the health check of adjacent node devices and recognition means (counter node fault recognition parts 12 and 22b) for recognizing fault states of the adjacent node devices on the basis of results of the health check by the health check means for each of a plurality of IMS node devices (P-CSCF1 and S-CSCF:B2b) which use SIP for the control of multimedia communication including a voice. Even if an S-CSCF and an AS performing call control fall into faulty states, an adjacent node which detects the faulty state performs bypass control by re-registration, whereby the IMS service including call origination and termination can be provided to the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
