PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the change amount of an output voltage when an input voltage exceeds a fluctuation range of a first power supply voltage while suppressing an unnecessary operation in the fluctuation rage of the first power supply voltage in a DC/DC converter which receives an input voltage from either one of a battery of which the output voltage is fluctuated with the first power supply voltage as the center, and a battery of which the output voltage is fluctuated with a second power supply voltage higher than the first power supply voltage as the center. SOLUTION: When the voltage is inputted which ranges from a first predetermined voltage Vin 1 which is within the fluctuation range of the first power supply voltage and set higher than the first power supply voltage to a second predetermined Vin 2 which is not lower than the upper limit of the fluctuation range of the first power supply voltage and set lower than the lower limit of the fluctuation range of the second power supply voltage, a first output voltage Vout 1 is output which is within the fluctuation range of the first power supply voltage, and when the voltage exceeding the second predetermined voltage Vin 2 is input, a second output voltage Vout 2 is output which is within the fluctuation range of the first power supply voltage and lower than the first output voltage.
