<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card connector which prevents an inadvertent falling-off of a card with a narrow width to an accepting slot inserted, is laminated together with the accepting slot for receiving a plurality of memory cards of other specifications, and is contained to a height where the card connector can be exchanged with conventional card connectors. <P>SOLUTION: The card connector 1 has a first card accepting slot 20 for receiving a first card C1 and a second card accepting slot 30 for housing a second card accepting unit 60 to receive a second card C2. The second card accepting unit 60 has a top frame 62b for regulating the upper face of the second card body C2a. A partition frame 21, which partitions the first card accepting slot 20 and the second card accepting slot 30 and supports the lower part of the first card body C1a, has a cut-out part 21a of a shape into which at least part of the top frame 62b is inserted in thickness direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
