<p>The procedure involves obtaining an increment containing a primary sign by subtraction of a reference measure from a functional value, where the reference measure represents a middle value of the functional value reduced over a factor. Two progress directions are tested for each linear system of equation. Each function of the linear system of equations is generalized with equations and variables. The increment is constructive in an initial value for each function such that smaller change is executed by serial execution of the functions.</p>
