<p>Provided are an electric vehicle and a vehicular DC/DC-converter cooling method. The electric vehicle is exemplified by a fuel cell vehicle (20) comprising a DC/DC-converter (36) and a cooling device (10). The DC/DC-converter (36) is connected between a battery device (24) and a fuel cell (22), for converting a voltage generated in the battery device (24), thereby to apply the converted voltage to the side of a motor (26), and for converting either a regenerated voltage by the regenerating action of the motor (26) or the generated voltage of the fuel cell (22), thereby to apply the converted voltage to the side of the battery device (24). The cooling device (10) includes a cooling liquid passage (102) fed with a cooling liquid and having a folded portion (104) formed at the portion thereof, for cooling the DC/DC-converter (36). The cooling device (10) is formed to cool upper arm elements (81u to 81w) with the cooling liquid on the upstream side of the folded portion (104), and lower arm elements (82u to 82w) with the cooling liquid on the downstream side of the folded portion (104).</p> |
