The present invention relates to a fuel cell system generating electric power using an electrochemical reaction between hydrogen and oxygen. The fuel cell system include power distributor selecting one of a system power source and a fuel cell stack as a power source generating power used for a variety of balance of plants (BOPs) and a controller in accordance with an operational condition, and distribute power from the selected power source. The fuel cell system can stably distribute the power to the BOPs and the controller without generating the temporary contact point gap by switching the power source in a state where the system power and the stack power coexist.
