<p>This invention relates to a method for manufacturing a composite part and a composite part obtained thereby, comprising the steps of laying out a number of material layers (101), covering the layers with an outermost vacuum foil (104) along with applying one or more internal vacuum foils (301) in between some of said material layers. Hereby fiber bridging, porosities and wrinkles in the finished component are avoided which are otherwise inherent problems especially for thick walled components.
The invention further relates to the use of multiple vacuum foils in composite manufacture, where some of the vacuum foils are made of different materials.</p> |
