PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic equipment with a slide cover having a faint possibility of being damaged. SOLUTION: The slide cover 10 has two click projections (projecting part) 11 and 12 projecting in different directions, for example, in opposite directions from each other. Since a good possibility of being bent is high when a rib of a rear case is high, a portion of the click projection 12 is bent in an L-shape. A catching projection 14 for providing a click feeling with the rear case is provided.
