An amplifier and an audio output apparatus, and an audio signal output system by the same are provided to output audio signal selectively to a plurality of output apparatuses through a single amplifier. An audio output apparatus comprises a signal receiving unit(300), an switching unit, a power supply unit, an output control unit, and a speaker(340). The signal receiving unit receives PWM audio signal transmitted from an amplifier. The switching unit opens and closes the output of the received PWM audio signal. The power supply unit smoothes the received PWM audio signal to be used as power source of the speaker. The output control unit detects an address signal from the received PWM audio signal to control on/off of the switching unit. The speaker outputs the provided audio signal.
