A filtering apparatus including biological decomposition reaction is provided to extend lengthen a backwashing cycle, and to replace only a contaminated fiber filter layer while preventing an algal bloom and removing granular pollutants. A filtering apparatus including biological decomposition reaction includes the followings: a lower circular plate(10) in which an insertion groove(11) is formed to insert a fiber filter layer(40,50); an inlet hole(20) of a pipe shape in which a through-hole(21) is formed; an upper circular plate(30) having an opening door(31) to replace the fiber filter layer; an inner fiber filter layer; an outer fiber filter layer installed at an edge of the plates; and a partition(60) installed between the plates vertically.
