A polyol composition is provided to prepare a polyol composition with excellent storage stability that a phase separation is not observed for a long time, thereby forming a PU foam of excellent quality. A compatibilizing agent for a polyol composition containing more than 2 incompatible polyols is urethane or polyether group containing a urea group. The polyether is obtained by reacting: (A) at least one di- and/or polyisocyanate; and (B) (b1) at least one hydrophilic polyether having at least one OH and/or NH2 and/or NH functional group, (b2) at least one hydrophobic polyether having at least one OH and/or NH2 and/or NH functional group, (b3) additional polymer having at least one OH and/or NH2 and/or NH functional group and/or other isocyanate reactive group, for example, carboxylic acid or epoxide functional group.
