FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: self-loading spreader of fertilisers contains bin-feeder, spreading device and load-lifting device, fixed on bearing elements of tractor. Hydrocylinders of drive of lever components of cargo boom of load-lifting device are connected to hydraulic system of tractor. Bin-feeder by means of frame is pivotally installed on lifting rods of tractor's hydro- joint hinge. In bottom part of bin's frame is implemented in the form of supports. Pyramidal knife is located inside the bin and fixed on bearing frame, which is outfitted by profiled clothing. Bearing frame is mounted in bin on articulated suspensions with ability of oscillatory displacements. One ends of articulated suspensions are fixed on bearing frame and other ends - on walls of bin, forming articulated semirevolving four-level mechanism. One pair of co-axial suspensions of four-level mechanism allows common shaft, which is through the crank is cinematically joined with drive of oscillatory displacements of bearing frame. Drive of oscillatory displacements of bearing frame is implemented in the form of hydraulic actuator of double-acting, allowing built-in operating valve and communicated with hydraulic actuator. Rod of hydrocylinder is pivotally connected to crank of suspensions' shaft. Hydraulic actuator is outfitted by hydrocylinder - sensor, rod of which is connected to frame of bin, and body - to body of hydrocylinder of double-acting, hydraulic accumulator and allowing opposite located hydromechanism of control of two-position valve actuator. Valve actuator is implemented with ability of communication in the first position of its valve of forcing and drain pipe of hydraulic actuator with cavities of hydrocylinder of double-acting and disconnection of these hydraulic circuits with cavities of the latter in other position of valve. Head end of hydrocylinder - sensor is communicated to one control hydromechanism of two-position valve actuator for switching of the valve of the latter into the first position. By means of in-parallel hydraulic valve and nonreturn valve head end of hydrocylinder - sensor is communicated to hydraulic accumulator and other control hydromechanism of two-position valve actuator for switching of its valve into the second position. ^ EFFECT: improvement of operation- processing characteristics of self-loading spreader of fertilisers. ^ 8 dwg |
