A method for heating of pusher-type multizone roller furnace comprises the supply of fuel on touchs, removal of smoke gases through channels, placed along furnace, regulation of pressure in by means at least one smoke valve and change of schemes of fuel supply and removal of smoke gases at constant condition of furnace. A portion of smoke gases are removed through central channel, equipped with smoke valve, and other smoke gases are removed trough channels with constant non-regulated section, which are symmetrically located on both sides from central channel, at that pressure in is regulated by means of smoke valve in central channel, and during off-stream mode of furnace fuel is supplied only to torches placed in end and one middle zones, at closed smoke valve in central channel. |
