An analog-to-digital conversion device comprises an input analog bus and output digital bus, a comparison circuit, a successive approximation register, a digit-to-analog converter with weight redundancy, an address counter, zero potential bus, a switchboard, a generator of calibration signal, a pulse generator, a read-only memory unit, random-access memory, a digital computing device, control signals bus, a block of OR elements, the generator of calibration signal comprises a current source, a dc amplifier, condensers, switch elements, first terminal of the current source is connected with zero potential bus, second terminal of the current source is united with first terminal of the switch element, second terminal of said switch element is connected with first terminal of a switch element, first lead of condenser, negative input of the dc amplifier and the switch element which by second terminal is connected to the condenser and other switch element, positive input of dc amplifier is connected with zero potential bus. Output of dc amplifier, which is the output of the generator of calibration signals, is connected with the second terminal of the switch element, second lead of condenser, second condenser by the first output is connected with switch elements, the first one is connected to the input bus, and second - to zero potential bus, second output of condenser is connected to switch elements, the first is connected to input of first condenser, second – to zero potential bus.... |
