A local oscillator is provided to shorten a change time to a target voltage which outputs a target frequency by performing a minute control according to the number of calculated pulses. A first oscillating part generates a first signal. A dividing part(70) divides a frequency of an inputted signal into a determined value, and outputs a second signal. A digital signal processing part(20) calculates the number of pulses of the first signal and the second signal for a first setting time, and calculates a first pulse calculation value and a second pulse calculation value. The digital signal processing part outputs a first control signal based on the first pulse calculation value and the second pulse calculation value. A second oscillating part generates a signal having a frequency corresponding to the first control signal, and inputs the signal to the dividing part. An adding part(40) outputs a signal generated by adding the first control signal and the second control signal to a voltage control oscillator. |
