A burn-in sorter and an operating method thereof are provided to receive and discharge a device after a burn-in test or a DC test by forming a third to a sixth loading/unloading parts. A sixth tray loading robot(36), a seventh tray loading robot(37), and a eighth tray transfer(38) receive or discharge a tray. A first loading robot(31), a second loading robot(32), a third insert head robot(33), a fourth remove head robot(34), and a fifth unloading robot(35) transfer a device. A first loading set plate part and a second unloading set plate part are prepared in order to receive the device. A first DC good buffer part, one of a third loading buffer part and a fourth loading buffer part, and one of a fifth unloading buffer part and a sixth unloading buffer part transfer a good device after a DC test. A second burn-in good buffer part and a second burn-in reject buffer part classify the devices under "good" "reject".
