Among channels specified by a carrier frequency and a time slot, different channels to be used by a plurality of radio units (1, 2) are selected in a radio communication device. The device judges whether the selected channels interfere each other. If it is judged that the channels do not interfere each other, a usable channel is decided according to the channels. When a usable channel is decided for a plurality of time slots in the communication frame of the radio units (1, 2), information on the usable channel is reported to a communication partner. Thus, it is possible to dynamically select channels which suppress interference and perform high-speed communication by using a plurality of cheap radio units having a small-size circuit. ® KIPO & WIPO 2009
