A position check apparatus of pick and place apparatus for a handler is provided to allow a user to set an accurate work position by enable confirmation of accurate set position. In a position check apparatus of pick and place apparatus for a handler, a position tracker is tracked by a location detector(100) while being detachable from a pick and place apparatus. A location confirmation jig(120) confirms the location traced with the location detector, and the location detector comprises a linkage block(111) and a location confirmation pin(112) fixed to the linkage block. The location confirmation jig comprises a position identification unit for having the location of the location confirm pin.
